Get the skills you need to become an effective Agile Release Train (ART) team member, and develop your ability to support the ARTs and team events as well as your facilitation skills.

The SAFe® Scrum Master two-day course is designed for people who would like to learn the tactical skills necessary to become an effective Scrum Master within a SAFe organization, so they can coach Agile teams to deliver maximum business value.

It is a unique course that explores the role of the Scrum Master in the context of the entire enterprise as opposed to traditional Scrum Master training which focuses only on the fundamentals of team-level Scrum. SAFe® Scrum Master also prepares you to successfully plan and execute the Planning Interval (PI), the primary means of enabling alignment across all levels of the organization.

It is designed to prepare individuals for the certification exam and to help them pass it in order to become a certified SAFe® Scrum Master.

Understand how to Coach High-Performing Agile Teams.

It is the role of the Scrum Master to facilitate and coach the Agile Team toward high-performance execution in a Lean-Agile environment so that they can achieve high levels of productivity. It is a challenging role that requires a deep understanding of team facilitation as well as supporting the execution of the PI Planning and coaching the team to continuously improve.

As a result of research that shows that more than 70% of digital transformations fail, industry leaders know that choosing the right instructor for your SAFe® Scrum Master class is extremely important. As a SPCT I have been in the trenches, implementing Scaled Agile Framework, launching numerous Agile Release Trains (ARTs), and overcoming transformation challenges with proven success. Over the past few years, I have coached many Scrum Masters in understanding what a successful Lean-Agile servant-leadership looks like. There are some people who know what it means to implement SAFe, but there are also many more who do not know how to support a successful SAFe transformation. My focus is to deliver a meaningful understanding of SAFe Implementation, bringing experience and real-world stories to the course, and I encourage you to share your own experiences and analyze your context as well.

It is time to get you on the road to a real, deep understanding of the SAFe® Scrum Master role, which will empower you, your Agile Team, and your ART in a position to deliver sustainable success for years to come!
