By using the Portfolio Canvas tool, you will be able to and capture the current and future status of the Portfolio and to identify important business initiatives for achieving the desired state of the Portfolio. By using Portfolio Kanban, you will be able to establish the flow of the portfolio and prioritize initiatives with the highest economic benefit in mind. The course also provides insights on how to set up Value Stream Budgets, Lean Budget Guardrails and measure the performance of the Lean portfolio.
