Ensure continuous value flow within your organization by aligning your technical strategy with your business objectives, describing your technical strategy to your development team, and implementing Agile practices in your architecture.

To improve collaboration and coordination in a Lean-Agile organization, you need the support of architects who can work effectively in a complex SAFe environment. In order to support and enable continuous value flow in a Lean Enterprise, SAFe® for Architects training is designed specifically for architects of all levels and disciplines. The purpose of this course is to prepare System, Solution, and Enterprise Architects for leading and facilitating transformation across the organization as well as delivering architectural solutions in collaboration with key roles in this process.

The three-day course focuses on Agile Architect roles, responsibilities, and mindsets, as well as creating continuous flow across large systems of systems as part of SAFe® execution.

After taking the class, participants will be prepared to take the exam and become a SAFe® Architect once they have passed the exam.

Ensure continuous value flow in the Lean Enterprise.

Architects are known for being trusted advisors within an enterprise because of their innovative minds and systems-thinking ability. But what if the role became one of collaboration, in which Architecture had a seat at the table when it came to product and business decisions?

Today, in an environment that is rapidly changing, regulated, and market driven, the need for customer-focused architects has never been greater. Current technology processes and ways of working may not be enough to keep up with what is going on. We need to collaborate more with customers. We need to collaborate more with leadership teams. And most important, we need to increase scale, profits, sustainability, and resilience of our organizations.

Lately there has been a significant change in the role of the Architect, and one of the first things an Architect needs to do is decide on a framework that will enable customer-centered technological designs and developments. The framework should be flexible enough to accommodate rapidly changing demands but at the same time robust enough to earn the trust of the business and its customers.

A recent study indicates that 70 percent of digital transformations fail. Industry leaders will tell you that the instructor who teaches your SAFe® for Architects class will make all the difference in the world! I have had experience implementing the Scaled Agile Framework, and have proven success in overcoming transformation challenges as a SPCT. I am focusing on delivering a meaningful understanding of SAFe implementation, drawing upon my experience and real-world stories, as well as encouraging you to share and analyze your own unique context in the course.

There is no doubt that I will provide you with the tools and guidance you need to stay on top of your game no matter whether you want to become a System Architect or Engineer, work as a Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect, or participate in the Lean Portfolio Management collaborations.

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to the real, deep understanding of SAFe® for Architects that will ensure sustainable success for you and your product now and in the future! Throughout this highly interactive, scenario-based learning program, you will be able to identify key partners, customers, and collaborators within the organization, learn about your role within SAFe®, make architectural decisions based on economic trade-offs, and gain experience in guiding architectural concepts throughout the entire value stream through Lean-Agile techniques so as to ensure your organization’s success.
