To improve collaboration and coordination in a Lean-Agile organization, you need the support of architects who can work effectively in a complex SAFe environment. In order to support and enable continuous value flow in a Lean Enterprise, SAFe® for Architects training is designed specifically for architects of all levels and disciplines. The purpose of this course is to prepare System, Solution, and Enterprise Architects for leading and facilitating transformation across the organization as well as delivering architectural solutions in collaboration with key roles in this process.
The three-day course focuses on Agile Architect roles, responsibilities, and mindsets, as well as creating continuous flow across large systems of systems as part of SAFe® execution.
After taking the class, participants will be prepared to take the exam and become a SAFe® Architect once they have passed the exam.
