With the help of this four-day course, you will learn how to transform your organization to become Lean and Agile by utilizing the principles and practices of Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®). As part of the course, you will gain insight into how to teach SAFe® to leaders through the first two days of the course and then you will delve into what it takes to successfully implement SAFe® in the enterprise for the final two days.
