As the first and only SAFe® Practice Consultant Trainer (SPCT) as well as a Certified Profit Streams™ Trainer (CPS-T) in Poland, I have been in the trenches, leading saucerful Lean-Agile transformations in some of the largest organizations in the world. My technical expertise, business savvy, and customer-focused approach are complemented by my expert use of Agile, Scaled Agile, Lean, Kanban, ITIL, and UX practices. I have a track record of success in overcoming transformation challenges, helping organizations achieve Business Agility and building sustainable Software Profit Streams by mastering Lean-Agile Continuous Delivery at scale. I’m also proud to say that I’m an accredited Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with a track record of many measurable successes designing and re-engineering business processes, as well as customer value maximization. I am also an executive coaching specialist, certified coach and facilitator through ICAgile and Noble Manhattan Coaching.
With an exciting 15 years of expertise as a trainer and keynote speaker for both national and international organizations, I’ve trained thousands of individuals globally.
With leadership experience in traditional governance, finance, and PMO roles as well, I am able to manage complex projects, programs, and products in Waterfall, Hybrid, and Transitional environments with the necessary insight and competence, adjusting each digital transformation to the objectives of the organization and the accomplishment of its missions.
Since I have an Executive MBA and have previously worked in C-suite, I relate easily to the executives I train. Currently, I assist with a number of Business Agility transformations in the US and Europe, assisting entities in creating successful Software Profit Streams and fantastic products that satisfy their consumers.
