As the first and only SAFe® Practice Consultant Trainer (SPCT) as well as a Certified Profit Streams™ Trainer (CPS-T) in Poland, I have been in the trenches, leading Lean-Agile transformations in some of the largest organizations in the world. My technical expertise, business savvy, and customer-focused approach are complemented by my expert use of Agile, Scaled Agile, Lean, Kanban, ITIL, and UX practices. I have a track record of success in overcoming transformation challenges, helping organizations achieve Business Agility and building sustainable Software Profit Streams by mastering Lean-Agile Continuous Delivery at scale. I’m also proud to say that I’m an accredited Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with a track record of many measurable successes in designing and re-engineering business processes, as well as customer value maximization. I am also an executive coaching specialist, certified coach and facilitator through ICAgile and Noble Manhattan Coaching.
I am also a keynote speaker and trainer with 15 years experience in global training for domestic and international organizations. During this time, I have trained several thousands of people globally.
Leadership experience in traditional governance, finance, and PMO functions has enabled me to manage complex projects, programs, and products with the necessary insight and expertise, tailoring each digital transformation to the organizational goals and mission success of each organization, with the ability to engage not only in Agile but in Waterfall, Hybrid, and Transitional environments as well.
